Fall immersive summit

November 15, 2025

A day in the mountains at the beautiful venue of Hobble Creek Canyon. This will be an event you don't want to miss. We will be moving through breath, sound and movement. In this intimate space we will create lasting connections with each other from a sacred cacao ceremony, breathwork and soundbath. We will hear from Lauren while enjoying appetizers. During an intimate dinner we will connect deeply on the experiences we are witnessing and finish the evening off with a dj'd dance party.

winter adventure retreat

February 26-March 1, 2025

We are heading to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We will spend the day dog sledding to natural hot springs. Of course, we will have a day to relax and connect through somatic wellness practices before we head home.
